ACCESS DATABASE
I have a database. In the database I have a lot of tables. I shall like to send one of the tables as an attachment in an email to somebody. I cannot seem to do it unless I copy the whole database and I do not want them to have the other tables. Can you please help me asap. For upcoming training course dates see: Pricing & availability
RE: ACCESS DATABASE
Hi FeliceThank you for your question.
You will need to export the table into a new database that just contains that table.
Create the new database, and give it a meaningful name. You may also need to add in an empty table before Access will let you save the database. This done close the database.
Next, go to the database that contains the table, and select the table in the database window. (Do not open the table).
Click on File_Export and then select the new database you have created, and click Export. The table will then be copied over.
You can then email your new database as an attachment
Hope this helps
Regards
Stephen
