Could you clarify your needs for me please.
Specifically do you wish to export data from access into Excel. We have covered importing data from excel into access on a previous post.
If you could also perhaps give me some specifics as to the context in which you are working that would also be helpful

we have been sent details of approx 400 clients with names, dob address etc and i know there are alot of duplicates within the excel form and find it really difficult to not only view the data but to make any sense of it and want to transfer all the data into access and sift for duplications. Because each person recieves funds it is imperative that there are no dupliations and a more simple system that anyone could look at and print a report off
