Hi Annette
Not quite sure what you mean by this. You can link tasks to tasks, within the same project or subprojects. You can also assign more than one person as a resource to a task.
You may want to create a custom field called "Assigned to" which will enable you to assign a task to a specific person on which you can filter for.

Hi Jacob,
What I was hoping for was a way to link tasks from one project plan to another. So one project's task output may benefit two other projects that are running concurrently.
So if you were running a programme of change with many projects underneath it the larger dependencies and resource utilisations would be accounted for.

Hi Annette
Try the following:
Firstly create a blank Project. Click on the first blank row then from the insert menu choose Project... and then select the project file you would like to insert. Repeat the process adding at least one more project file.
You can then click in the plus symbols beside the inserted project titles to open up the subtasks. In the Gantt chart move mouse over the bar of the predecessor task, left-click and drag your mouse over the successor bar in the other project and let go. The link now spans multiple projects.
Lastly double click on the link arrow to choose the type of dependency you want.
