Hi Linda, thanks for your query. The simplest way to do this is to use the Autoform tool. When you open a table, or one generated by a query, look on your toolbar for the table icon with the lightning bolt on it. That is the Autoform tool and when you click it a form will be automatically generated.

Combo box for finding records

You can use a combo box in a form to look up a record. If you place the comb box in the Form header, by then selcting they a field type from the drop down loist, you will see the record for it
