Is there a way to convert entire work sheets from £'000 into £m without needing to alter each cell manually?

Hi Kate, thanks for your query. Select your cells, right click on them and choose Format Cells. Then choose Custom under the Number formats and type the custom format into the right hand side field exactly as below:
#.0,,
That will turn 1500000 into 1.5. If you need the units, just add them to the end of the custom format.
