RE: PowerPoint - Pie custom animation

Hi Patricia,

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

Create your pie chart, maybe hide the legend and show data labels for each slice.

Select the Pie Chart and choose an animation for entrance. Once you have added the animation click on action 1 and in the action box below and do the following:

1. Click the arrow at the end of the box for options.
2. Select Effect Options.
3. Choose the Chart Animation tab.
4. Change the option to By Category.

These instructions should resolve your problem.
