Is there anyway in the calendar view, that you can set it so that if there are multiple tasks they don't appear on top of each other?

Hi Sian,

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

As far as I am concerned there are no options relating to how multiple tasks on the same day are displayed in this view.

If I find any information I will email you my findings.

Ms project tip:

Enter a Date

You can enter today's date (or tomorrow's date) in a date field, by simply typing in the word 'today'or 'tomorrow' and Project will insert the date for you.
