Hi Vasanti,

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

Do you mean add the values by each bar on the gantt chart?

If so go to Format, Bar Styles. Choose tasks from the list and select the text tab and choose left and search for the lag or levelling delay field.

If you mean entering a lag amount or levelling delay to a task these are some of the methods used:

1. Insert the Levellling delay column into the task sheet and enter the delay value in there.
2. Split the window in the gantt chart view and change th bottom half to Resource Schedule view.
3. Add lag by double clicking on the link line between the two tasks and add an amount of time in the lag box.
4. Go to the task information for the task and go to the Predecessor tab and add the lag in the last column.
