Thanks for your question


This is very simple to do. Simply create an on open sub procedure for the form in question and add the following line of code

DoCmd.maximise

This will then automatically maximise the form when it opens

On the Tools menu, click Options.
Click the General tab.
Select the Compact on Close check box.
