Hi Trung

thanks for your question.

Custom fields can be set to display their results using graphical indicators rather than the actual value.

For example if you insert a field such as Flag1 then right click on its title bar and choose custom fields you will be able to edit the settings for this field.

Click the button for graphical indicators. You can now set a test such as "equals" and a value such as "yes" and finally add an icon to display if the test is successful.

Now when Flag1 is set for a task the icon will be displayed.

Compare Work and Duration

Duration is the timescale within which a task is done; Work is the specific time element used. For example, 3 days work in a duration of 2 weeks. To compare, add the Work field into the Entry table by right clicking a column heading to Add Field.
