Unwanted emails

Why do emails listed in blocked senders still get into inbox?

RE: unwanted emails

Hi

Have you checked to see if the blocked senders are on the safe recipients list and whether the domain in question is on the safe recipients list

Also note if the blocked sender is in contacts it will not work.

If you are using a Microsoft Exchange server as your email account you must be using Exchange server 2003 or later for this feature to work

Thanks

Newson
