Thank you for your question regarding tasks and notes.

Apologies in the delay in getting back to you.

As tasks and notes are quite a broad subject what I have included is a link below to the Outlook 2007 Introduction manual which covers all aspects of creating and managing tasks, as well as notes. There are also other topics included which may prove to be useful.
