Duplications when sharing Calenders between Outlook 2007 & 2003

Hello my question relates to both Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2003.

I have 2007 and my colleague has 2003.

When he shared his calender with me the appointments we had in common on our respective calenders where duplicated onto both our calenders.

I.e. a meeting we were both attending appeared twice on both calenders making both very cluttered.

How can this be prevented?

Many thanks.

Jacqueline

RE: Duplications when sharing Calenders between Outlook 2007 & 2

Hi Jacqueline

Apologies in the delay in getting back to you.

Thank you for your question regarding the duplication of appointments in shared calendars.

Having looked in to your situation it seems that the problem could be server related, it's difficult to know without seeing your installation. With regards to this it is outside the scope of the forum, however I will forward this on to my colleague who may be able to assist you.

If you have any further questions please reply to this post.

Kind Regards,

Nafeesa
