How to create a shortcut so that a public folder can be viewed as a favourite folder so it is easier to access.

Sorry for the delay in responding to this post.

You need to right click on the public folder in question. A shortcut menu will be displayed- from this shortcut menu left clic on the Add to favourities option.

This will add the public folder to your public folder favourites folder for easy access.
