Welcome... how can we improve?

Hello,

Thank you for checking out our forum. Perhaps you have already posted a question related to your recent training course.

Whilst this is a fairly new forum, we will be making vast improvements in the next few weeks, including integration of your Delegate account. This will help trainers answer your questions (knowing what course you've been on) and also allow you to keep track of your questions, and be e-mailed when a response is posted.

If you have any suggestions for improvement, please post a message in this thread and we'll add it to our list of 'things to do' for consideration!

Many thanks,
Rich

RE: Welcome... how can we improve?

Is there any way that the name of the person who's asking the question could be displayed next to the question when you're looking at the list of posts in the main forum menu?

Thanks Katie,

We have now implemented this change.

RE: Welcome... how can we improve?

I've just received a reply to a question I posted:

http://www.microsofttraining.net/post-10384-analysing-data.html

At the end it said if I needed more help I was to post a new question but I couldn't see a link to the new questions page and I couldn't see a way of doing this without closing down the reply and starting over. Can you include a link please to make it easier?

Thanks
Linda

RE: Welcome... how can we improve?

Is there anywhere in "Your Account" where we can put (although not BSTL courses) training we have done for example ECDL/ECDL Advanced or MOS (was MCSA) certain apps. If not can room for personal records be put there?

Somewhere for those that want to put some personal information, DOB, Country, simple info like that?

Regards

Baz
