Hi Kim

thanks for your question. Yes you can use Timeboxing to say between two times I will be doing the following. If you wanted to you could also take it further by saying there are some things that Must be done in that time, Should be done (but might get put back), Could be done (but they are optional) and finally there are things that Won't be done in that time. These can be remembered by using the work MoSCoW

(the Os are added to make it easier to remember)
