Reports

When producing reports, users have requested that the reports do not publish fields which are blank. Concurrently, the layout of the report is affected as the (completed) fields around the blank field should shift accordingly, so that there aren't any strange gaps in the layout of the report. How do I do this? I know how to change the visibility of the fields, but not how to shift the other fields automatically. Please help!

RE: Reports

Hi Elisya, thanks for your query and welcome to the forum. I have done some digging and found the following link which I think might solve your problem. It involves modifying the CanShrink property of the controls on your report. Have a read of this:

Try this out and let me know how you get on.

All the best,

Anthony
