Hi Shreyas

Thank you for your question. PowerPoint can be handy in a number of ways.

If you use the shapes objects you can plot out network diagrams, flow charts and even high level WBS structures.

PowerPoint supports connector lines so that if shapes connected by a line move then the line adjusts to maintain the connection.
