Resource Costs

Where and how should you handle resources that have a fixed daily rate? They cost of the resource (fixed) will be independednt of tasks they are assigned to and whether they are over or inder allocated. Thanks

Hi Nisha,

Thank you for your question.

I would apply the Cost Table to the Gantt Chart view and then add the amount of the resource fixed cost in the second column which is Fixed Cost.
