Is it possible to create a macro to view a custom view then print it out? Also, will a macro record print preview settings so that when macro is run, it will print with specific page breaks/landscape etc?

Thank you for your question.
Yes it is possible to record a macro that perform the actions you require.
Before recording the macro have an idea of what exactly you want the macro to do for you i.e. what menus to go to & where the relevant commands are located.
Once you've started recording the macro, perform all the required steps, once you've sent the file to the printer, click the 'stop recording' button.
The keyboard shortcut you would have assigned to the macro (or a toolbar button can be created if required) should now re-run these steps on other files. However, the thing to bear in mind is that the excact steps you carried out when recording the macro will be repeated i.e if you inserted a page break between row 15 & 16, the same page break will be inserted into other files.
If you require the flexibility to define where certain print preview settings are applied, a certain degree of VBA (visual basic - programming code) manipulation will be needed for those variables in the coding.
I would need to refer you to a collegue for any further information regarding Visual Basic.
