Hi,

I have a spreadsheet with costs for different stationery types (paper etc.) from different stationery firms I want to show in the last column the name of the company which has the cheapest number for each item

For example if Staples paper was cheaper than another 3 stationers I would want the name "Staples" to show in the last cell.

I hope that makes sense

Hi Sarah, thanks for your query. You need to use the Match, Index and Max (or Min) functions to achieve this. Bit complicated to explain here, but here's a handy link:
