How do I stop autodate chaNGING EVERYTIME A DOCUMENT ID OPENED I.E. RETAIN THE DATE THE DOCUMENT WAS CREATED

If you insert dates using Ctrl+ the semi-colon key that will hold the date the document was created and it won't update on opening.

To prevent today updating in workbooks you currently open would I think require a macro written which is beyond the scope of the forum. However I will refer this post to one of our sales team who would be happy to quote you on this. I am sure it wouldn't take much time.
