No courses

Hello, I hope you can help me, whenever I get any meeting requests I no longer have the option to accept or decline, instead at the top of the request it just says "no response required". Please can you tell me how to get the response option back?

Thanks,

Sarah

RE: Calendar

Sarah

First please note that the person sending the meeting request can actually remove the option to accept or decline.

Secondly check that someone else who has received the same meeting request has the options to accept or decline.

If that doesn't help please don't hesitate to reply

Thanks

RE: Calendar

Hello,

Thanks for coming back to me but the same request can go to other people and they still have the option to respond. I have spoken to people in the office who send me requests and nothing has been changed their end it seems to be my computer/settings that is causing it. Do you have any other ideas?

Many Thanks,

Sarah

RE: Calendar

Sarah

This is a technical problem with Outlook on your PC. We can offer technical assistance remotely if you don't have an IT dept that can help. If you do I would refer the matter to them.

Thanks
