Thanks for the question

Consolidating data is where you group all the numbers together and you can get a total (or average...) at the end. You have to use Data, consolidate, and make sure you pitch your cursor high up in the page the data is going to as the result appears below the cursor. Highlight the labels as well as the data and this works best when all the data is at the same place in each sheet.

Excel tip:

Wrapping Text in a Cell in an Excel 2010 Workbook

When you have a lot of text you want to put in a particular cell but you can't decrease the font size to fit because the text will then become ineligible, then manually wrap the text in a cell by simply pressing ALT+ENTER.
