RECURRING APPOINTMENTS

Is there any way of removing the "the contents of this appointment...." message off recurring appointment in the calendar? I put in regular meetings via a recurring appointement which i then have to update with individual details for that month, and the message takes over the whole of the appointment on the calendar!
thank you

RE: RECURRING APPOINTMENTS

Hi Angie,

Thank you for your question.

Do you mean the message box that appears when you open a meeting that is part of the recurrence pattern and it asks you 'Do you want to open this occurrence or the series'?

If so I do not know a way of removing this message box. I can imagine the only way of doing it is using VBA code.

Regards

Simon
