Hello, I attended a course recently & was told I'd be able to print off a copy of the full manual via this site. Can you advise where I would find this please ? Would it also be possible to look at the 2010 manual too ?

You can access the course reference material from your delegate account.
Simply login:
www.microsofttraining.net/delegate
Then select the "Your history/courseware" tab. You should see the list of courses available and you just need to mouse over the zip files next to the course you've completed to see the version, then download the appropriate file.
