Can a report has more than one record source

When creating a report, can we have more than one record source, i.e. in one report, we draws the data from different types of queries ran? or the report has to be linked to a specific query

RE: Can a report has more than one record source

Hi Betty

Thanks for your question

A report must have one unique recordsource, be it a table or query.

However it is possible to use sub reports/forms to view data on multiple related tables. this is covered on the advanced course

Regards

Stephen

Remove spaces in a table

If you have a table that has too many space marks littered around, you can create a update query and use the trim function to get rid of any excess space marks
