Hi guys,
the guy from our training taught us how to select cells in the table without higlighting the first one, how do you do it please?

Thank you for your question regarding selecting cells. There are many ways to select cells in Excel. To answer your question I know of two ways to select cells without having to actually click any of the cells which you need to select.
1) Click in the Name box (to the left of the Formula Bar) and type in the full range to be selected e.g. A1:E20 then press enter. This will select the range you have input.
2) Use the shortcut CTRL+G - then in the reference area at the bottom of the dialogue box enter the full range to be selected e.g. B12:D125 then click OK. Again therange you have input will be selected with this method.
