Hi Emily, thanks for your query. There is a walk through of Lookups in the manual for your course which should have reached you by now. If it hasn't please contact your course organiser as it may have got lost in the digital mail. A complete walkthrough of VLOOKUPs is rather a lot to type here, so try the following link which takes you to a good overview of how to create and use Lookups.
