May be there is some mistake?
What address you have used and type of sending (registred letter or regular).
Is it possible to send the certificate again?

I have sent your certificate by regular overseas post.
The address I have sent it to is the one you have given on your Customer account (Latvia LV-1082)
According to the UK Postoffice Website;
Your item, posted on 21/12/10 with reference RJ614897156GB has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in LATVIA.
I apologise for delay on receiving your certificate but I can not track it from the UK. Is there any possibility I can send it within the UK?
