RE: Contacts

Hi Sarah,

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

I have included a link that explains the process:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/create-electronic-business-cards-HA010068636.aspx#BM1

When you create a contact or view an existing one, you can preview the business card in the upper left of the contacts screen. To edit go to Options on the ribbon and choose business card.

I hope this answers your question.

Regards

Simon

Outlook tip:

Proofread All E-Mails Before Sending

To force Outlook 2003 to spellcheck all E-Mails before sending:

1. Click "Tools" and select "Options"
2. In the "Options" dialog box, click the "Spelling" tab
3. Check "Always check spelling before sending"
4. Click "OK".

Outlook will now spellcheck all messages as default.
