Hi Andrea,
Thank you for your request and welcome to the forum.
There are practice exercises in your History/Courseware section of your delegate account that you can download and continue to practice with.
If you go to www.microsofttraining.net and click on Delegate 'Sign In'. Enter the email address used in your evaluation along with the password you received and then click Continue.
You will then be presented with five tabs towards the top of the screen. Click on 'History/Courseware' and you should see your courses highlighted in green and with a tick. You will need to click on the third yellow folder from the left as you use 2003. You can then save and it will download a folder which should contain the detailed manual and some practice exercises.
