Hi Matthew, thanks for your query and apologies for the delay! Password protecting forms is not as simple as hitting a switch, I'm afraid and if this were to be done across a company it would certainly involve IT setting up user access rights on individual group machines. However, there is a more rough and ready work around - basically you build your own version of a form with a password input mask, test whether the password is correct then let the user in. That test can involve a small amount of code which opens up it's own pandora's box of issues, but below is a link to another forum walkthrough of how to do this.
