Standard Constant for Calculation in Duration Field

Hello!

Using formulas for calculation duration we often need to use number of minutes for working day as some constant. For example: 480 for 8-hours working day or 450 for 7.5 h.

If there is some standard constants which contain actual number of minutes for working day in standard, project or user's calendar. It would be useful to not change formulas in custom fields.

RE: Standard Constant for Calculation in Duration Field

Hi Igors,

Thank you for your question.

The only work around I can think of is to go to Tools and then Options and on the Schedule and choose Duration entered in Hours instead of days. This change will convert the duration to hours.

I hope this helps.

Regards

Simon
