IT assessment at interviews

I hope this question is relevant and apologies if not. I was hoping that I can find out potential types of questions that are used to assess I.T. skills in a non-I.T. Officer level jobs. (The job in question is for a fundraising position and will likely involve a lot of applications and presentations). Does anyone have any experience of such tests? Are they likely to assess typing speed and are all programs in Office likely to be assessed?
