Charts

I want to get the maximum axis value from a chart (in Excel 2003), so I can use VBA to set appropriate axis number formats. Using the macro recorder does not help with 2003.

RE: Charts

Hi Lyndn, thanks for your query. I think you and I covered this on Day 2 with the help of the 2007 macro recorder which drills into charts in more depth. Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Hope this helps,

Anthony

Excel tip:

Hide separate columns in Excel 2010

If you want to hide columns not adjacent to each other for example, Columns A, C and E then:-

1) Click on the fist column to be hidden i.e. A

2) Press and hold down the CTRL key

3) While holding the CTRL key, left click on the rest of the columns you want to hide i.e. C and E

4) Right click and choose Hide
