Hi Elaine, thanks for your query. In 2007 you can press Alt on the keyboard and it will light up your ribbon with the shortcuts. However, here is a list of standard Excel shortcuts:

Excel tip:

Adding up rows or columns without seeing formulas

Highlight a column or row and click the Autosum button. This gives you your answer without showing the formula.
