Hi Nicola,
Sorry about the delay in responding to you.
As you may know you can name a range of cells e.g. a2:a6 as countries. However if more items are added to the list you would have to redefine the named range.
If you use a Dynamic Named Range, as you add new items the range will automatically expand.
