I want to create a pivot table but it says 'Reference is not valid'.

Hi Selin,
as we discussed, I believe the problem is the copy/paste from microsoft project into Excel. There are a couple of ways to get the data from one application into the other, but I've redirected this question on to one of our MS Project trainers, Andrew, who will give you more information.
