Hi Naomi,

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

Once you have created your tables which hold the data, you can then view certain records from the table by creating a query.

For instance, if you had a Customers table and you wanted a query that showed all customers in Berkshire then you would create a query to show only the records that match the Berkshire criteria.
