Excel VBA Intro Intermediate course

Personal File Sharing VBA Excel

I have a Personal file loaded with useful macros that I want to share with my colleagues. This file will be updated, as time goes by, with more useful macros for them to use. I could simply get them to copy the file across to their machines every time I update it, but I'd much rather automate the process so that every time they open Excel their Personal file checks whether the central file has changed, and if so, replaces itself with the central file. Is it possible to do this?

RE: Personal File Sharing VBA Excel

Hi Chris

Thanks for your post. We have reviewed this and there may well be a solution for you however it exceeds the scope of this forum.

This would fall into consultancy and would involve development time of a trainer to explore the options for a solution, time required and costs.

If you would like to discuss this further with me I have dropped an email to you with my contact details.

Kind regards

Jacob
