Hello Pamina,
Thank you for your question regarding Macros.
To have a macro open a workbook at the same sheet each time, simply record your macro to open the book, then click on the sheet e.g. Sheet3 you always want to open at, then stop recording.
When the macro is run, it will always open the said book, and go to the Sheet3.
