Hi Emily,

If you open both your presentations, and then go to the View tab, towards the right hand side you will find the Arrange All icon. This should give you your PPT files side by side. The Cascade option lets you move the windows around the PowerPoint screen.

Running a Show from the Keyboard

To start a show from the keyboard, press F5. You can move from slide to slide with cursor keys, or use N for Next and P for Previous.
