Hi Monica,

Thank you for your question.

Create your Macro as per usual and give it a name.

Once this is done, go into view and toolbars, and down to Customise, once in there go to the tab that says Commands and choose Macros and drag the Custom Button with the smiley face on to your toolbar.

Once there (Customize window still open) right-click on the button and the last option is Assign Macro.

Finding cells that have data restrictions

Click anywhere on the worksheet.
On the Edit menu, click Go To.
Click Special.
Click Data validation.
Click All.
