Public Folders

How would I use Public Folders to create something to manage meeting rooms? e.g 4 meeting rooms.

For upcoming training course dates see: Pricing & availability

RE: Public Folders

Hi Jassen,

Thank you for your question.

You could create four new folders off the Public Folder with each folder containing calendar information so the folders act as separate shared calendars that people can access and add meetings to each room.

I hope this answers your question.

Regards

Simon

Outlook tip:

What's the difference between Outlook and Outlook Express?

Outlook Express is a 'pared-down' version of Outlook that is included with MS Internet Explorer.

Outlook is one of the five major applications included in the MS Office suite. It offers many more features to users, which are business-oriented, such as making appointments or meetings.
