Thank you for your question regarding PivotTables. Our forum has loads of information on PivotTables and you could say is an 'idiot's guide'.
Why don't you go back to the forum and type PivotTable into the search box and see what other questions have already been asked. Then copy and paste info into Word and use as much as you need.
If you don't have any joy with this, although I truly believe you will, then reply to this post and I will send you some cut and paste information.
