Calendars

When viewing several calendars Outlook automatically switches to schedule view. Not a big deal to switch back to the view I want but is it possible to stop this happening?

RE: Calendars

Hello Philippa,

Hope you enjoyed your Microsoft Outlook Advanced course with Best STL.

Thank you for your question regarding Outlook calendars automatically switching to schedule view when a certain number of calendars are opened.

The good news is yes! you can change this. You can either stop this action altogether, or you can increase the number of calendars which can be opened before the view changes to schedule view.

Click the File tab then Options, then select the Calendar section. Scroll down to the Display Options section and edit the 5th checkbox down.

I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved.

If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. Or perhaps you have another Microsoft Office question?

Have a great day.
Regards,

Rodney
