Hi Chris
Thank you for your question. The stand alone version of MS Project doesn't make integrating with calendars especially easy.
There are third party software products that will synchronise MS Project plans with Outlook calendars. I have not tested these but a quick internet search will turn up some potential solutions.
Microsoft also produce Project Server which can integrate projects with Outlook although this is a big software solution and requires dedicated servers and infrastructure support.
