Saving Template of an invite

Hi, I send invites out quite a lot and the message is basicly the same, all i have to do is change the name and date of the meeting, can i make a template of an invite the same as i would make a template of an mail message? If not how do i go about it?

RE: Saving Template of an invite

Hello Michelle,

I am assuming you know how to create a mail message templete from your question, the answer is yes you create the template in the same way. Save the message, change the file extension to a template type.

I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved.

If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. Or perhaps you have another Microsoft Office question?

Have a great day.
Regards,

Mark
