at the bottom of the file menu, I used to be able to see few files(files names) I had accessed recently which was very helpful but I cannot see them anymore. I know there is something you can tick to make it work. Can you email me how to make this change.

Thank you for your question regarding your recently used file list having disappeared. To fix this problem please go to:
Tools > Options > General tab > On the left side check the box for Recently Used File List: and click OK.
Notice that you can also change how many files you wish to view. The maximum is 9.
